This tool use Diablo II Animations (*.DCC files).
In short, the animations of the game are composed of several parts (layers). What this program does is creating a new animation that is composed of only 1 layer (*merging* all layers into 1). The new animation is then ready to be used in a GIF maker.

Escultor is a low poly 3D editor made with Allegro, meant to be used for game models. It is free and can be used for any purpose. Currently it loads its own model format (EMD) and Videoscape .OBJ (Blender) models.
This is the standard Allegro Grabber utility. It allows you to add Music, Images, Fonts and all other sorts of data into a single datafile for use with the Allegro library.

This editor lets you edit Allegro DIALOG in a WYSIWYG environment. It is able to load a DIALOG definition from anywhere within a source file, and save it back at the same place when you're done, without losing anything. Unknown dialog procedures are handled gracefully.

You can use it to create monochrome or coloured fonts from scratch or you can convert existing fonts into the font format used by the Grabber tool. This is a small software utility that allows you to create sound sample from scratch. No recording or special equipment required, only a simple computer will do.
The sample is created by setting a series of parameters based on 3 categories : Wave form, Sound Envelope and Pitch Gradient. You can save these parameters as a SWG file or you can export the the generated sample as a WAV.
